15% pensioner discount

Let us know you are a pensioner when requesting your quote so the discount can be included before you approve the work.

$0 call-out fee

The $0 call-out fee applies weekdays from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Outside these hours, any call-out fee will be confirmed before attendance. This offer covers the call-out fee only; assessment, labour, repairs and parts are quoted separately where applicable.

Heat pump incentives

Availability and value depend on your existing system, property, replacement model, current scheme rules and participating provider. Eligibility and the actual discount must be confirmed in writing before installation. No fixed rebate amount is guaranteed.

Confirm the exact model and capacity, its suitability for the site, the warranty and the process for future service support.

The installation

Ask what plumbing, electrical, site preparation and removal work is included. Clarify the proposed location and who handles any additional trade work.

The price

Look for an itemised installed total, GST, exclusions and the final customer payment. Any incentive needs to identify the assumptions and eligibility pathway.

The handover

Ask for commissioning and installation documents, controls guidance and the maintenance information for the selected product. Keep them with your proof of purchase.
